Caroline joined Jessica Lagrange Interiors in 2026 and works closely with Jessica and the design team to ensure every project and client experience runs seamlessly. From coordinating the many moving parts behind each project to supporting the day to day operations of the studio, she thrives on creating order behind the scenes so the team can focus on delivering exceptional design.

With a passion for organization and thoughtful planning, Caroline enjoys developing systems that make the studio more efficient while maintaining the highly personalized experience JLI is known for. She believes that attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine hospitality are just as essential to a successful project as beautiful design.

Outside the studio, Caroline enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
