Rory Shaughnessy

Rory joined Jessica Lagrange Interiors as Design Director in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience designing luxury residential interiors with a specialization in bespoke kitchens and baths. Over the course of her career, she has led exceptional residential projects from concept through completion, developing deep expertise in architectural detailing, custom millwork, construction documentation, furnishings, textiles, and material selection.

Her work at de Giulio Kitchen Design, Leo Designs, Leslie Schofield Studio, and Frank Ponterio Interior Design has shaped her thoughtful approach to craftsmanship and beautifully tailored interiors. Whether designing a custom kitchen or an entire home, Rory is passionate about creating spaces that feel timeless, personal, and effortlessly elegant.

She believes every home should reflect the people who live in it, balancing beauty with comfort, functionality, and a strong sense of place.

Originally from Mequon, Wisconsin, Rory brings Midwestern warmth to every client relationship. Outside the studio, she enjoys getting lost in a great book, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers.
